Give a Car
Don’t know what to do with your old banger of a car? We do.
MCS-Aware has teamed up with Giveacar, a UK based fundraising organisation that dispose of old cars and motorcycles and donates a percentage of the sale proceeds to charity.
- They provide a FREE service to the donor
- They collect within seven days of you making contact
- They collect your old vehicle from anywhere within the UK
- Depending on its age and condition they can either send it for safe disposal and recycling at an authorised treatment facility, or to a salvage auction.
- MCS-AWARE RECEIVES A LARGE PROPORTION OF THE SALE PROCEEDS

Charity of the Year
Many organisations, schools and workplaces have a ‘charity of the year’, partner or nominated charity. The organisations then raise money through sponsored activities throughout the year or fundraise particularly at Christmas for example. How about suggesting MCS-Aware for this? We are happy to send further information in the form of our leaflets and posters. You will be helping to raise awareness as well as helping us to raise funds. Please email info@mcs-aware.org.
Donations In Lieu of Gifts
You might be getting married, celebrating an anniversary or birthday. Perhaps you have asked family and friends not to give you a gift but they insist on doing so. How about suggesting they send a donation to MCS-Aware in lieu of a gift? After telling them about us, ask them to send us a cheque, if you don’t want to collect donations yourself. Please ask them to send their cheque (made payable to ‘MCS-Aware’) directly to us or email us at info@mcs-aware.org to organise payment. We will acknowledge their gift (providing the sender includes their address details).
