Publicity Officer – flexible working hour – home based
April – June 2013
3 hours per week for 12 weeks
£14 per hour = £504
1) Establishing relationships with like-minded charitable organisations to raise the profile of MCS-Aware and to increase membership subscriptions
2) Establish reciprocal website links (using Joomla)
3) Raise the profile of MCS-Aware in relevant publications e.g. newsletters, magazines, forums, directories, listings
4) Maintaining customer relationship log – excel database (who contacted, when, outcome)
5) Generating leads
6) Statistical monitoring of established links
7) Press releases for the Housing Survey & the Allergy Show (June)
8) Press release for the launch of the registered charity
9) All press releases and paperwork to refer to the Big Lottery fund and include lottery logo
– Researching leads
– Placing copy
– Website links
– Use of Skype and personal IT equipment required

Have a good understanding of MCS-Aware’s aims and objectives
